SCR DeNOx catalyst DNX-series

DNX-LT

The Triplecat DNX-LT is a fiber reinforced Vanadium-Tungsten-Titania catalyst. The catalyst is available in a version with a 0.4 mm wall.

Application areas

The TripleCat DNX-LT is especially optimized for operation at temperatures down to 150°C/300°F. It is typically installed in SCR applications on boilers, heaters, biomass fired plants, kilns and waste incineration plants.

Features and Values

TripleCat DNX-LT pose a very high activity down to 150°C/300°F compared to a standard SCR catalyst, which significantly reduces the catalyst volume and hence footprint of the reactor. It addition the need for reheat of the flue gas is greatly reduced or eliminated, which greatly reduces the operating costs.

The TripleCat DNX-LT is available in different channel sizes to meet specific operating conditions.
