Haldor Topsoe DNX®LD-series of catalysts is applicable for a wide range of industries and is developed and optimized to provide reliable, long life performance. The LD catalyst comes in a variety of vanadium concentration, pitch sizes and wall thicknesses to guarantee optimal performance for any application or industry.
Features
The design and manufacture of Topsoe’s catalysts are based on a solid fundamental understanding of surface physics and chemistry to ensure high activity and poison resistance in combination with low pressure drop while keeping the SO2 oxidation at a minimum.
All types of fuels and industries
The LD catalysts can be applied in a range of fuels ranging from HFO, diesel, gas, to biomass, cement, waste, and glass furnace. The LD catalyst can be designed to meet the exact operating condition by varying the activity parts of the catalyst, the pitch sizes and the walls thickness to give the desired performance.
Very stable activity
Our industrial experiences together with the extensive testing in our laboratories have proven the LD catalyst activity is maintained over long operation in a wide range of applications. Topsoe is capable of tailor-making catalysts for any application and for any level of dust, sulfur in the fuel or poisons in the fuel and can therefore provide the best performance in terms of NOx removal, pressure drop and lifetime of the catalyst.
